KeystoneOps
Accessibility statement
Last reviewed 25 May 2026.
This statement applies to the KeystoneOps platform used by staff and governors of this trust. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, and we are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA, as required by the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
How accessible this platform is
We design to the AA standard: the colour palette is checked for contrast by an automated test that blocks releases, every page has a main landmark and a skip-to-content link, confirmation dialogs are keyboard-operable and announced to screen readers, and the interface works at 200% zoom.
We know some parts are not yet fully accessible:
- A few data-dense tables on secondary admin pages do not yet expose every column relationship to screen readers.
- Some inline form-validation messages are shown visually before they are fully associated with their field for assistive technology.
- A small number of charts convey information by colour with limited text alternatives.
We are working through these and update this statement as they are resolved.
Reporting accessibility problems
If you find a problem not listed here, or need content in a different format, please tell us through your trust's helpdesk or email support@keystoneops.education. We aim to respond within five working days.
Enforcement procedure
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces these regulations. If you are unhappy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
This statement was prepared using the Government Digital Service model and reflects the platform as released to this trust.
